It’s in full swing, baby!

Our hardwood trestle tables have already travelled to Estate Tuscany and lighting, decorator items and some super quaint custom signage made its way to the tranquil Ironbark Vineyard in the Hunter Valley. Our rustic bar and stools ventured all the way to St Josephs Guesthouse in St Albans and we had the pleasure of sending a full suite of goodies to Walka Water Works at Oakhampton.

Newcastle's The Lockup received the complete rustic, romantic treatment with flowing curtains and plenty of recycled timber…and while we pause to draw breath from what is literally only a quarter of the events we've been part of this year already…now seems like a great time to welcome back our warehouse coordinator and delivery driver, Craig. What would do without you? Seriously!

Merewether Surfhouse is another fantastic event location we have had the pleasure of working our magic at, creating two very different dream weddings there this year - picture a rustic wonderland featuring eclectic pendant lighting and a classic romantic fairy light canopy with some of our most popular tables (and two gorgeous couples too, of course).

The talented Bec fromHouse of Bec and The Impossible Market with her now husband, Jon, let us go a little wild. We provided everything from lighting and furniture, to plates and cutlery for their unforgettable New Years Eve wedding. When you're lucky enough to have a talented jewellery and homewares designer as your client, well you know it's going to be something special - and it was a complete privilege to be part of.

Elsie, one half of the dynamic Stuart and Porter team and a Sydney-based food stylist, returned to her Islington roots and with full access to our warehouse styled a Bohemian extravaganza in Pokolbin. Elsie worked tirelessly to put together a seamless experience of Boho-chic that was just bursting with romance and charm, in her signature, relaxed style - and it was oh-so stunning.

Ok, so far we have only mentioned the weddings!

An Event Expo in mid-January, a styled photo shoot at 48 Watt, a baby shower complete with trestle tables, folding chairs and cushions, and working with the travelling café and bar The Bondwood are just a teeny taster of the other events that have been keeping our Hire & Style team on-the-go.

So with the year truly in full swing, we'd like to say thank you to all of the wonderful couples who have trusted us to bring to life their unique visions so far, as well as the photographers, stylists, artists and event venues we have had the pleasure of working with. What an exciting (and very busy) year 2017 is shaping up to be.
